MEET THE TEAM
Founder and CEO
A former engineer, lawyer and cookbook writer, Alex Davis combined his diverse skill set and love for food into a new venture: Dragon City Farms. His passion for fresh, healthy produce has served local individuals and restaurants in the Dallas, Texas, area since 2020, delivering a wide variety of lettuces, microgreens and herbs to consumers seeking farm-to-table connection.
Dragon City Farms was born from Alex’s recognition of an opportunity to reduce our carbon footprint through the use of hydroculture crop production. Environment-controlled growing systems allow for year-round production, and crops are harvested on the same day they are delivered, ensuring maximum freshness for busy consumers.
Alex earned a B.S. in Construction from Purdue University and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern University. He has worked in the United States and Europe, but currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
